We offer convenient pickup and local delivery for all ceramics, woodworks, and workshop pieces. Every item is handcrafted in our Gig Harbor studio, and our goal is to make receiving your piece simple, reliable, and flexible.

Local Pickup

Where Pickup Happens

All pickups take place at our home studio in Gig Harbor (near Uptown). The exact address is provided in your order confirmation and in the email you receive when your item is ready.

How Pickup Works

  1. When your item is ready, you’ll receive an email with our pickup address and a scheduling link.
  2. Select a pickup time that works best for you.
  3. We’ll confirm your scheduled time.
  4. Arrive at your scheduled time, and we’ll hand off your finished piece.

Pickup Availability

Pickup is generally available during:

  • Mon: 1-6pm
  • Tue: 12-6pm
  • Wed: 9am-6pm
  • Thu: 12-4:30pm
  • Fri: 10am-6pm
  • Sat: 9am-6pm

All pickups must be scheduled through the provided link, even if your preferred time falls within these windows. This ensures your piece is ready for your arrival.

Local Delivery

Delivery Area

We currently offer local delivery to select ZIP codes around Gig Harbor, Olalla, Fox Island, West Tacoma, University Place, and Dupont. Delivery availability is determined automatically at checkout based on your address.

If your ZIP code isn’t within our delivery zone, you’ll need to utilize local pickup.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fees vary by ZIP code and will appear at checkout once you enter your address.

These fees help cover travel time, fuel, and tolls for delivering directly to your door.

How Delivery Works

  1. Enter your address at checkout to see if local delivery is available.
  2. If available, your delivery fee will be shown and added to your order.
  3. Once your items are ready, we’ll reach out to notify you of the estimated delivery date and time.
  4. Deliveries are typically left at your front door unless otherwise arranged.
