Ceramics and Woodworks

Our ceramics and woodworks are eligible for a 100% refund with no restocking fee if returned to us within 30 days in like-new condition.

Pottery Workshops

Cancellations up to one week before the event are eligible for a 75% refund; however, due to material costs and limited availability, no refunds are available after that point. Ceramics are inherently fragile and the firing process can be unpredictable, so we can’t guarantee every piece produced during a workshop will make it through firing.
